To lead and control the shift wise operation of mineral processing plant. Responsible for achieving the business targets for the processing plant.
Qualificações
- Degree in Chemical Engineering/Mineral Engineering
Responsabilidades
- Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.
- Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.
- Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes.
- Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
- Perform process simulations.
- Manage cost and time constraints.
- Perform risk assessments.
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
Habilidades
- Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in similar industry.
- Mineral processing, Plant operation, Sampling, Classification, Gravity Separation, Dewatering, Mass balance, Water balance.
- DCS/SCADA/PLC based plant operation, manpower management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- MS Office, ERP, SAP, etc.
