Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate operations related to production, pricing, sales, and distribution.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational plans, process improvements, change initiatives, training programs, and performance tracking.
- Analyse financial statements, sales reports, and performance data to assess productivity and goal achievement.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvement.
- Establish and enforce departmental policies, goals, and procedures aligned with broader business strategy.
- Prepare work schedules, assign tasks, and manage staffing needs across departments.
- Oversee HR processes including recruitment, development, and team performance.
- Ensure service delivery meets operational and financial expectations while staying within budget.
- Liaise with board members, executives, and staff to drive strategic alignment and execution.
- Develop forecasts and financial budgets for strategic business unit.
- Plan and organize Strategic Business Unit resources optimally in respect of developing plans and strategies, scheduling and forecasting
- Develop and manage programs, plans and budgets for specific projects/ contracts to be undertaken.
- Manage the individual Service Level Agreements to ensure compliance to the agreements at all times.
- Ensure adherence to fleet maintenance and manufacturing standards.
- Monitor equipment performance trends and apply corrective and preventative strategy actions.
- Ensure that all standards are met in respect of the vehicle replacement.
- Assist with business development programs to achieve market growth and market penetration objectives set in the overall Business Plan and implementation thereof.
- Implement and manage an effective SHEQ system addressing all safety risks identified, limiting all safety risks to a minimum and ensuring zero LTI scores.
- Monitor accident levels and implement accident prevention measures.
Minimum Requirements

- Proven experience in an operations management or senior leadership role.
- Strong financial and strategic acumen, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, change management, and team leadership.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- A results-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
