🌱 HR Manager Opportunity – Large Agricultural Company
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function of a growing agricultural business with over 850 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR operations, payroll, policies and compliance.
- Manage recruitment, training, and staff development.
- Drive employee relations and performance management.
- Ensure alignment with Mozambican labour law.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ HR management experience (large workforce preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Agricultural/industrial sector experience an advantage.
- Bilingual Eng/Port will be an advantage.
