Are you an accomplished finance professional with a passion for the logistics industry? Our client, a leading transportation and logistics company specializing in international and cross-border freight services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Beira.

Key responsibilities include preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/IAS, leading the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, and implementing robust internal controls. You will also oversee daily cash management, optimize working capital, and play a crucial role in audit management. Beyond the numbers, you will lead and mentor a small finance team and act as a key business partner, collaborating with operational and commercial teams to drive performance and cost control through insightful financial analysis.
To be successful, you will possess a BCom in Commerce or Finance (or equivalent), with a post-graduate degree being highly desired. A Professional Accounting Designation (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is a mandatory requirement. You should bring 5-10 years of progressive experience in an Accounting/Finance management role, or equivalent experience in Audit. Proven experience within the Logistics, Service Industry, or FMCG sectors is essential. Furthermore, excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong ERP system experience are required.
