Facilitator

General Description

  • Facilitate HSE training sessions and workshops;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate lessons learned into training programs;
  • Develop and maintain HSE documentation;
  •  Promote continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.

Work Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in HSE facilitation or training roles.

Education Requirements

  • Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field;
  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent HSE qualification;
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills;
  • Digital fluency with virtual training platforms;
  • Certification in facilitation.
