The Eazi Access is hiring a Site Supervisor.
Reports to: Country Manager
Location: Pemba (with redeployment in future to the Oil and Gas project near Palma)
Purpose of the Position
- Effectively supervise and coordinate personnel across client sites to maximise operational efficiency, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitability while ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 / N3.
- Supervisory and/or management training.
- Risk assessment training – A2.
- Legal liability training – MHSA
Experience
- 2 years management experience in a technical environment.
- 3 years technical equipment supervision experience.
- Commercial/customer relations experience.
- Customer safety and MHSA compliance exposure.
