What you’ll do

Role purpose:

The Bid & Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of strategic bids and enterprise projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of commercial solutions for enterprise clients. The role combines bid management, stakeholder coordination, and project execution to support business growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Identify Bid Opportunities: Proactively monitor public and private sector platforms to identify relevant tender and RFP opportunities.
  • Lead Bid Submissions: Coordinate end-to-end preparation and submission of enterprise bids and RFPs.
  • Manage Enterprise Projects: Oversee delivery from kick-off to completion, ensuring quality, scope, and timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Align internal teams (sales, finance, legal, technical) and external partners to support project execution.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for enterprise customers during bidding and project phases.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in bid and project workflows to drive efficiency.
  • Reporting & Governance: Track project progress and bid outcomes, and ensure compliance with internal approval processes.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), and project management tools.

Must have technical/ professional qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s degree or PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in bid management, project management, or enterprise solution delivery in a telecom, ICT, or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, pricing, and contractual negotiations.
  • Experience with enterprise services such as Cloud, Connectivity, IoT, or ICT Solutions is an advantage.
  • English proficiency.

Key performance indicators:

  • Bid win rate and quality of submissions.
  • On-time, on-budget, and within-scope project delivery.
  • Customer satisfaction score (post-implementation).
  • Revenue realization from delivered enterprise projects.
