CARE Mozambique is looking to hire a 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, a dynamic and experienced professional based in 𝗠𝗮𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗼.
The Resource Mobilization Manager will lead the design and drive strategic and proactive resource mobilization approaches to position CARE as a partner of choice among donors, government stakeholders, local partners, private sector and other strategic partners.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲/ 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
· Bachelor’s degree in development or related field. Master’s degree may be an advantage but is not required.
· 5-7 years of related work experience with NGOs (emergency or development), government donors, or foundations in similar positions.
· Experience in strategy development, quality assurance, and/or monitoring and evaluation is desirable.
· Excellent writing/editing, report writing, and budget development skills.
· Demonstrated ability in leading proposal design and development processes, including design workshops with partners and coordinating budget development in consortia of multiple partners.
· Demonstrated ability to successfully design proposals in one or more of the following sectors: economic development, livelihoods, climate justice, protection, Early Childhood Development, WASH, Gender and GBV, health, and emergency response.
· Experience in both development and humanitarian sectors is preferred but not required.
· Experience in applying humanitarian codes and standards such as SPHERE, the People In Aid Code, HAP etc.
· Proven skills in program planning, development, analysis, and adaptive management.
· Fluency in English and Portuguese languages (both speaking and writing).
