Key Responsibilities
- Design, analysis, and technical supervision of offshore pipeline, riser, and structural systems; ensure integrity, code compliance, and safe installation.
- Provide interface coordination with Subsea, Marine, and Construction teams; support offshore campaigns, QA/QC, and commissioning.
- Plan and supervise offshore installation activities (day and night shifts as required); lead toolbox talks, risk assessments, permits-to-work, and incident investigations.
- Mentor junior engineers, uphold safety standards, and contribute to project delivery and lessons learned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Marine, or related field.
- 5+ years offshore experience (mid-level) or 10+ years (senior) in relevant disciplines.
- Proficiency with relevant design/analysis tools and offshore codes (e.g., API, DNV/GL); familiarity with SACS, MOSES, OrcaFlex, Caesar II is a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Offshore certifications and relevant supervisor experience are advantageous.
